Tech Talent Screen collects the information needed to respond to inquiries, schedule calls, coordinate screening interviews, and provide technical screening services for hiring teams.

We may collect contact details, company and role information, scheduling preferences, candidate or job materials you choose to share, and messages you send to us. If you book through Google Calendar, Google may also process information under its own privacy policy and terms.

We use Google Analytics and may use Google Ads conversion measurement to understand website activity and campaign performance. These tools may process device and browser information, pages viewed, referring pages, campaign parameters, and advertising click identifiers. We do not intentionally send booking-form responses, contact details, or candidate information to analytics.

How We Use Information

We use information to schedule and prepare for calls, communicate with you, provide screening services, operate and improve the website, protect against misuse, and maintain business records.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us run scheduling, email, hosting, analytics, and related business operations, or when required to comply with law or protect our rights.

Retention and Security

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
